I’ve even gotten in contact with the customer service and they basically said I have to fill in that box instead of showing them the confirmation and to “use something with a better camera”. I’ve tried everything but the image still isn’t readable. Thing is the images they’re asking need to fill in this dumbass box that’s like 10 megabytes worth and the phone and iPad I have can’t take pictures with that sort of size. They’ve limited my payments until I provide them the info. Hey I’ve been having problems with that myself. Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes for it? Barring that, is this even something I need to worry about? I don't actually keep money in my PayPal at all it just routes through my bank account. Now, I hardly ever use my PayPal except to pay for certain things, or to send money to my artist friends when I commission them. I don't know if it's an issue with the PayPal site or what, but I'm literally unable to do what they're asking because the page won't load. I just get a white page with nothing but 'Internal Server Error' written on it. Here's my issue - whenever I hit the link to go confirm said info, the page won't load. Now, I'm always wary of scams, so even though everything looked legit in the email, I went directly to the PayPal site, where it gave me the same notification - I needed to confirm my info with them. The time of day you call can significantly affect both the wait time, and which call center (domestic or off-shore) you reach. Once you do it you will be connected with a live customer service representative (typical waiting time is about 1 hour 20 minutes – 1 hour 50 minutes). Then enter 2 and say “speak to the a representative”.
